Health and Safety

Ensuring that the workplace is a safe one.  Avoiding risks wherever possible, minimising them where necessary.  Health and Safety is the company’s primary consideration for all tasks.

Quality

Terra’s adherence to its quality management system helps improve our business as well as giving our clients the confidence in the end product delivered by a project.  Positive customer satisfaction is helping us build a sustainable business.

Environment

Our ISO certified Environmental Management System is designed to reduce waste as far as possible, and to eliminate unnecessary damage to the environment.  The company sponsors research into the environmental aspects of microtunnelling through the use of Staff time and site facilities.  Inter-group company Drilling Supplies Ireland have developed an environmentally friendly drilling fluid, which is regularly used by Terra Solutions for its HDD works.

People

The company recognises that its strength is derived and delivered through its employees.  It ensures that they are appropriately trained, informed and rewarded and that they have an influence upon the planning, management and execution of the works that the company carries out.
