With experience of delivering technically challenging schemes safely, on time and to budget in some of the most difficult and congested working areas, Terra Solutions can bring project management skills to all types of trenchless construction enabling a successful outcome.  Our management systems are certified to ISO9001 and we operate a health and safety system which complies with ISO18001 together with environmental management systems certified to ISO14001.  Our professional approach ensures that health, safety and the environment are given appropriate importance.

All Terra Solutions employees receive training appropriate for their tasks.  Foremost is Health and Safety related training.  This may be anything from tool box talks or daily task briefings for day-to-day activities on site to IOSH safety management courses.  The safety culture adopted by the company applies throughout the workforce, from Director to Labourer.   Important skills such as the ability to examine a task, producing a safe system of work which can be written down, reviewed and communicated clearly, can only be taught through appropriate training.  Similarly, examination of the workplace such that it is safe for employees and others is an essential Project Management skill.
