Water

Our experience covers both Public and Private Water Utility Companies.  Construction has involved works in Sewerage and Clean Water Treatment Works facilities, Pipelines for water supply and rising mains, gravity Sewers and manholes.

Energy

Ducting for cables installed by Horizontal Directional Drilling, multi duct crossings in larger tunnels, sea intakes for gas and oil supplies, pressure pipelines beneath roads, rail and sensitive areas are all types of construction in which Terra Solutions specialise.

Building

New developments often require utility connections to existing system in awkward and difficult to get to locations.  We can use our specialist trenchless techniques to solve seemingly insurmountable problems, leaving your site team to get on with their day to day activities unhindered.

Roads

Surface water and foul water sewers which need to cross beneath existing roads can be installed without disruption by trenchless techniques.  New road construction will often require innovative solutions for the provision of service ducts, drains and even mammal crossings.  Road widening schemes will necessitate the installation of underground pipelines beneath existing live carriageways due to working room and programme constraints.  Terra Solutions have experience in these scenarios and can provide practical assistance in design and feasibility as well as a professional construction service.

Rail

Crossings beneath live railways require trenchless methods of construction.  Terra Solutions has installed undertrack crossings by microtunnelling, pipejacking and horizontal directional drilling.  We are able to provide staff and operatives with PTS certification for trackside operations if necessary.
