A very accurate method of installing concrete, clay or GRP pipes from 250mm diameter to 1200mm diameter. Microtunnelling machines can operate in all types of soils including rock, sands, silts and clays. Microtunnelling is the first choice of technique if ground movement is of critical importance.
Concrete and GRP pipes and concrete box culverts can all be installed by the pipe jacking technique. The range of ground conditions is unlimited, with a pipe jacking shield available for every type of soil.
Economical method of installing accurate small diameter gravity pipelines or larger diameter sleeves for pipelines and duct crossings.
The most cost effective form of trenchless construction, particularly suited to the installation of ducts and pressure pipes.

Labour Supply
Terra’s skilled trenchless staff have the appropriate training, certification and experience for the most demanding operations. All skills are covered from Tunnel Boring Machine operators, slinger signallers, separation plant operatives through to Horizontal Directional Drilling operators and support staff.
